The kick out club provides personalised one-on-one support to assist schools in addressing the unique needs of their students. Our specialised coaches collaborate closely with SEND, vulnerable, or disengaged pupils to offer guidance in accessing both PE lessons and the broader curriculum.
Here’s an overview of how our one-to-one support operates:
Assistance Across Subjects: Our coaches directly engage with identified students, offering support in subjects like Maths, English, PE, and various areas of the curriculum.
Flexible Scheduling: Coaches can be scheduled for the entire school day, mornings, or afternoons, adapting to the specific needs of both the school and the individual student.
Guidance and Motivation: Coaches prompt and encourage identified students during lessons, providing guidance and support to enrich their learning experience.
Movement Breaks: Our coaches help students recognise when they may benefit from a movement break and teach them how to effectively utilise this time in a controlled and supported manner. Coaches can accompany the student during the break or offer support from a distance, based on individual requirements.
Assistance for Other Students: Beyond supporting the identified student, our coaches are available to assist other students in the class as needed. This approach promotes independence for the identified student while ensuring a controlled environment with the coach nearby.
Customised Provision: We recognise the uniqueness of each school and learner. As such, our one-to-one support can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your school, ensuring a personalised and effective approach.
Please note that the breakdown provided is a general overview, and we are always prepared to customise our provision to align with the individual requirements of each school and learner.
